This isn’t a gig for ticket-takers or developers who want to sit in a silo. We are hiring two Senior Full Stack Engineers who can own the technical architecture and help scale this engine from hundreds of users to millions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Web Stack End-to-End: As a software developer, you will take a product idea, design the database schemas (PostgreSQL), write the backend APIs (TypeScript/Node.js), and deploy clean, functional frontends (React/Next.js).
- Architect Agentic AI Loops: Build self-healing, multi-step LLM workflows and prompt pipelines (using Anthropic and the Vercel AI SDK) that read emails, synthesise corporate policies, and autonomously draft legally sound complaints.
- Solve High-Stakes Trust & Security Problems: Tackle complex, non-deterministic behaviours and secure account handovers.
- Own the Product: Collaborate in a lean, high-autonomy team where your product intuition dictates how features are built, not just when they are shipped.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- A Full Stack Generalist Mindset: You can confidently ship features from start to finish. You’ll be joining a lean team of four for developers. You must be comfortable working both front and backend (with a slight leaning to the front end)
- Day-One Tech Familiarity: Solid, production-grade experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. (Experience with Supabase and Vercel is highly desirable).
- Active AI Curiosity: A solid, conceptual understanding of “agentic loops.” You don’t need a PhD, but if you’ve never experimented with agents or only made basic, single-shot LLM API calls, this isn’t the role for you.
