Are you an ambitious B2B marketer looking to elevate your career by partnering with one of the most dominant forces in global enterprise software?

We are partnering with the global market leader in Enterprise IT & Service Management (ITSM/ESM). They provide the foundational cloud platform that drives digital transformation for top-tier enterprises worldwide.

They are currently seeking a strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their Sydney team for a Fixed Term Contract (running until late Nov 2027).

In this high-visibility role, you will design and execute data-driven ABM programs for strategic, top-tier enterprise accounts across ANZ.

Reporting directly to regional APAC Marketing leadership, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sales to influence revenue, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen relationships with C-Suite decision-makers.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate intimately with ANZ Enterprise Sales and Field Marketing teams to create bespoke, cross-portfolio Go-To-Market plans for high-value accounts.
  • Plan and execute highly targeted pipeline generation and acceleration programs focused on specific enterprise buying groups.
  • Leverage direct, digital, and traditional marketing channels to drive net-new business, up-sell, and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Support high-level ANZ executive initiatives, including customer advisory boards, leadership roundtables, and industry association partnerships.
  • Utilise CRM and marketing analytics (e.g., MSFT Dynamics, PowerBI) to prepare forecasts, track pipeline impact, and optimise campaign performance.

Who You Are:
This role is ideal for an ambitious, commercially savvy marketer who understands the nuances of complex enterprise buying cycles.

  • Proven experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing, with a strong foundation in Account-Based Marketing or highly targeted Field Marketing.
  • You are a natural collaborator who can confidently interface with enterprise sales teams to develop joint account plans.
  • Familiarity with the ITSM/ESM space, cloud platforms, or complex enterprise tech environments is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to translate platform capabilities into clear business outcomes.
