What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of current and incoming top-tier enterprise accounts, acting as the ultimate technical and commercial bridge.
- Translating frontline implementation challenges back to the core engineering team to shape the future of the platform.
- Defining and configuring the AI Agent workflows, API integrations, and Webhooks necessary to embed into the client’s existing architecture.
- Running high-velocity, 30-to-60 day implementation sprints to drive rapid product adoption and massive Net Retained Revenue (NRR).
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally leading enterprise deployments, technical customer success, or solutions architecture.
- Strong commercial cadence and empathy; you know how to build trust with stakeholders and explain technical ROI clearly.
- You can hit the ground running and thrive in the ambiguity of a startup.
