This role will suit a Creative Architect with “The Eye”

A cog in the machine from a big enterprise company won’t work here. This team is looking for the obsessive craftsman/woman who hates bland software. 

Can you look at a problem and not just design a solution, but curate an entire experience that feels distinct, human, and alive?

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining the Soul of the Product: You will be the first full-time Product Designer, working directly with the Founders to translate a high-level vision into a tangible, beautiful MVP.
• Curating, Not Just Designing: You will use your “Eye” to make high-stakes design decisions that balance beauty with extreme functionality.
• Experimenting daily: We don’t have a legacy design system to hold you back. You will be building the system, breaking it, and rebuilding it better.
• Collaborating in High-Fidelity: You’ll be working in Figma, prototyping, and shipping alongside engineers who care about design as much as you do.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• The Eye: A portfolio that screams Taste. We don’t care if it’s from an agency, a side project, or a freelance gig, as long as it shows a consistent, high-quality aesthetic that isn’t generic tech.
• Obsessive Curiosity: You have interests outside of tech (Architecture? Biology? Poetry?) that informs your design work. You understand the context.
• UI Mastery: You are a visual thinker first. You can execute a high-fidelity UI that feels polished and premium.
• High Agency: You don’t wait for permission. You see a problem, you design a fix, and you ship it.
• In-Office Energy: We move fast, and we believe magic happens when we are in the same room. You’re excited to be in our Sydney HQ.
