What you’ll be doing:
- Architecting, building, and deploying next-generation predictive computer vision models from scratch.
- Optimizing and quantizing deep learning networks to run efficiently on low-latency, edge-computing hardware processors.
- Designing evaluation frameworks, performance benchmarks, and feedback loops to continuously monitor production systems.
- Collaborating directly with the hardware and core software development teams to serve models seamlessly to web dashboards.
- Hiring and structuring a dedicated team of specialists as the division expands.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Hands-on AI & Machine Learning experience with the ability to focus on designing and building predictive computer vision systems (not just generative APIs)
- Practical familiarity with model quantization, graph pruning, and deploying models to constrained edge devices, local SoCs, or embedded chips.
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, outcome oriented approach.
