Want to be the change behind the improvement of healthcare?

I’m partnering with San Francisco’s fastest growing HealthTech company that is becoming a category-defining institution in consumer health. 

You will be joining an experienced team of multi-time founders – who have started prior companies worth >$500m+. Their founding team is ex. Amazon, Y Combinator, Harvard Med + many more.

You’ll be given the keys to design, build and instrument a durable, multi-faceted growth engine that drives user acquisition, activation, and retention – on top of an exponentially growing customer base (10 x in the last 6 months alone)!

You won’t be inheriting a playbook; you will be the architect of it. 

Core Problems You’ll Own:

  • Growth Model Architecture: Deconstruct the existing user journey and map out the core loops (acquisition, engagement, viral). You will design the system, instrument it, and identify the key inputs that drive growth equation.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: Build and lead the operational cadence for experimentation. You will own the framework for generating hypotheses, shipping tests (from messaging and landing pages to in-product flows), and analyzing results with statistical rigor.
  • Lifecycle & Retention Systems: Go beyond basic email flows. Architect a compounding lifecycle system that intelligently segments users and drives them toward activation and long-term retention. Every touchpoint should feel like part of a cohesive, premium product experience.
  • Technical Growth Infrastructure: Partner with engineering to ensure we have the right stack and instrumentation in place. 

You! ‘A builder with Technical depth’

  • You Have Builder DNA: They love anyone with experience as a founder (no matter the result), a founding team member, or an early operator at a startup that experienced non-trivial scale. You are biased toward action and have a palpable sense of ownership.
  • You’re Technically Literate & Quantitatively Rigorous: You are a heavy claude code user and deeply comfortable with technical concepts. 
  • You Think in Systems & Loops, Not Channels: Your first instinct isn’t to ask “what’s the budget?” but “what’s the loop?” You have proven experience designing and scaling growth loops (e.g., product-led, content, or viral) that compound over time.
  • You’ve Operated at Scale: You know what it takes to get from 6 to 7 to 8 figures. You’ve seen the breaking points and understand how to build systems that can handle hyper-growth.
