What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for taking experimental backend features and transforming them into stable, production-ready applications. You will own the process of improving the functionality and reliability of our core systems, ensuring our platform is robust and scalable as we grow. You will collaborate with a fast-moving team to ship high-quality code that has a direct impact on our users.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a backend-focused engineer in a fast-paced, product-driven environment (startup experience is highly valued)
• A “T-shaped” profile with deep expertise in a specific area of backend development and a willingness to move at speed.
• An intense curiosity and a habit of continuously learning and staying on top of your technical niche.
• A demonstrated bias for action and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Experience working on the application and stabilisation of features, not just greenfield experimentation.
