Job Description

Are you ready to be the founding enterprise sales engine for an AI product already embedded in the Fortune 500?

We are exclusively partnering with a Series B, hyper-growth AI technology company that recently secured $55M in funding to launch their Australian presence.
Their platform automates complex contract workflows for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, and they need an elite Enterprise builder to capture the massive greenfield opportunity across APAC.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity. You will inherit existing massive reference logos (including Canva, SafetyCulture, Macquarie Bank) and be heavily bankrolled to dominate the market through face-to-face networking, VC events, and C-suite relationship building. 
This is not a role for those who want to hide behind Zoom.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hunting net-new enterprise logos (organizations with 10,000+ employees) to achieve a $1.6M+ Year 1 ARR quota.
  • Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (5-8 months) to secure $75K – $300K+ implementations.
  • Running the entire sales motion independently—from initial pipeline generation to conducting technical product demos and POCs, without the reliance of a pre-sales engineer.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of proven success closing complex, high-value B2B SaaS or tech contracts as a pure “hunter”.
  • Zero-to-One Experience: Proven experience establishing an Australian presence from scratch, building regional Go-To-Market strategies, and thriving in a greenfield territory.
  • Demonstrated Stability: A track record of loyalty, with at least one 3-4 year continuous tenure at a previous employer.
  • The technical agility to act as your own Solutions Consultant—you love getting into the product and running your own demos.
  • A “founder mentality” with the energy to network relentlessly across the Australian tech and legal ecosystem.

  • Highly lucrative compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 AUD Base + Super + 50/50 OTE with uncapped accelerators.
