Join a world-leading enterprise software company as an Employee Relations Specialist.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your deep ER expertise within a world-class HR function.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will be a key advisor on a range of complex workplace matters, acting as a trusted partner to the business across Australia and New Zealand.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing pragmatic, risk-assessed advice on all ER matters, from performance management to separations.
  • Managing the end-to-end process for workplace investigations, ensuring procedural fairness.
  • Coaching managers on how to handle difficult conversations and navigate sensitive employee situations.
  • Interpreting and providing advice on local employment legislation and company policy.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Employee Relations or Workplace Relations role.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing ER cases and/or workplace investigations.
  • A strong technical understanding of Australian employment law and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure.
