What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and executing acquisition, activation, and lifecycle strategies across ANZ, UK, and Canada to drive sustainable growth.
- Leading and mentoring a global team across Performance, CRM, Product Growth, and Website Optimisation.
- Optimising a multi-million dollar marketing investment to maximise ROI and channel performance.
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to optimise customer experiences across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Experience with complex marketing technology stacks, including enterprise CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- A proven track record driving growth within the FinTech, payments, or massive-scale tech industries.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments,operating primarily at a strategic level to unblock workflows and guide execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across global markets (experience operating within a US-headquartered matrix is highly regarded).
- Demonstrated success scaling App Acquisition and a strong practical understanding of leveraging AI-driven efficiencies in modern marketing workflows.
