You’ll be doing things like:

• Bringing fresh ideas — not the traditional B2B SaaS playbook — and testing them fast.
• Building and scaling a multi-channel acquisition strategy to drive signups and monetisation.
• Launching and optimising experiments to convert users — across email, lifecycle, paid, SEO, landing pages, and in-product flows.
• Setting KPIs and owning the funnel: from impressions and CTR to conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Partnering across product, marketing, and engineering to launch growth plays that really cut through.

• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Experience in product-led growth or hybrid GTM motions.
• Growth generalist: proven in SEO, paid, content, marketing automation, onboarding flows, and lifecycle marketing.
• Clear track record of acquisition and monetisation success — not just top-of-funnel.
• Strategic and hands-on. You’ve done the reps, have instincts for what cuts through, and you back it with data.
