Data Centre Hardware Technician

We are seeking experienced technicians to support ongoing 24×7 facility operations.

If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, replacing server components, and managing physical network infrastructure within a highly secure environment, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on.

Core Responsibilities:

• Racking, stacking, and decommissioning enterprise server and network equipment.
• Diagnosing and replacing faulty hardware components (system boards, CPUs, RAM, and HDDs).
• Running and testing structured cabling (Fibre and Copper) with a strict focus on neat cable management.
• Managing physical incident tickets and clearing issues strictly in line with site Change Management rules.

About You:

• Demonstrated background handling physical IT infrastructure (whether in a dedicated server room, data centre, or heavy field engineering capacity).
• Physically capable of safely lifting heavy IT hardware and operating in active facility zones.
• Unrestricted availability to commit to a strict 24/7 rotating roster (including nights and weekends).
• Current Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for site access.
