• Manage your content workflow and project timelines effectively using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to measure content performance and ensure it meets user needs.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience in a hands-on writing role creating content for a knowledge base or self-help portal.
• A strong portfolio that showcases clear, concise, and instructional long-form content.
• Experience managing content and projects using tools like WordPress, Gutenberg, and Jira.
