This is a role for a true technical detective – someone who thrives on debugging failed API integrations, tracing issues through JavaScript code, and finding the root cause in application logs.
Step into a high-impact role where you will be a key technical specialist within the L2 support team, responsible for solving the most complex integration escalations for global enterprise customers.
This is not a standard helpdesk position; you will be expected to perform deep, code-level technical analysis and act as the crucial bridge between clients and backend engineering teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and resolving complex, high-priority integration escalations for global enterprise customers.
- Troubleshooting inbound/outbound data flows, authentication issues, and API connection failures by analysing logs, database records, and application code.
- Driving technical bridge calls and clearly communicating your root-cause analysis to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Partnering directly with product and development teams to champion continuous product improvements.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Deep, hands-on ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot JavaScript code to find the root cause of application failures. This is our most critical requirement.
- Proven experience in an Application Support or Software Development role where you were responsible for fixing production issues.
- Strong experience troubleshooting REST APIs (analysing JSON payloads, checking status codes) and writing complex SQL queries.
- Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following: Authentication/SSO, enterprise Email Infrastructure, or ETL/Data Migration.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain incredibly structured and calm under pressure.
