Most people are just talking about AI; we need someone to actually ship it. You’ll join our team mid-flight on a project that’s currently at Alpha stage. Your job is to take the wheel, lock down the architecture, and navigate the strict compliance hurdles required to get this AI tool into the hands of millions of real users.
This requires a rare split of skills. You need the experience of advising senior enterprise executives and third-party partners combined with engineering credibility to guide the development team and keep everyone aligned.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of the end-to-end technical architecture, moving a live, LLM application to a fully regulated production launch.
- Serving as the central technical authority across multiple enterprise partners to resolve cross-platform integration roadblocks and maintain a unified architectural vision.
- Steering the build through strict regulatory, security, and governance gates to ensure the system is compliant and safe for public release.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- A track record of actually shipping AI—you have “lived experience” taking at least one customer-facing LLM product from concept to a live production environment.
- The ability to architect secure, compliant data flows in highly regulated enterprise spaces (e.g., health-tech, fin-tech, or government).
- Advisory skills to align technical leads and non-technical executives across different organisations without needing direct authority over them, and be comfortable challenging ideas in a high-performing team.
