What you will be doing

• Be the Architect: Partner directly with Founders and key stakeholders to extract institutional knowledge and map “As-Is” processes to highly efficient “To-Be” automated states.
• Build Agentic Workflows: Design and integrate LLM-powered agents capable of executing multi-step, autonomous processes. This includes transforming unstructured concepts into structured data, automating complex document generation, and streamlining communication.
• Deploy Hybrid Solutions: Seamlessly pivot between low-code/no-code automation platforms (like Make or Zapier) for rapid deployment, and deeper API/scripting work when integrating with established tech stacks and legacy architecture.
• Own the Prompt Architecture: Masterfully craft the context ingestion and prompt structures required to turn raw business inputs (from PDFs, emails, or legacy databases) into accurate, actionable outputs.
