Technical Content Writer

Want to create content that helps millions of people manage their money safely?

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join this global FinTech leader in the payments space. You will sit at the intersection of product, risk, and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Write clear, human-centric support content for widely used, high-traffic financial products.
• Produce a mix of content: internal “how-to” workflows for customer support teams, and external self-service articles for end-users.
• Partner directly with global Product, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure content is accurate and ready before new app features launch.
• Experiment with AI tools and analyse performance data to improve how content is created, ingested and optimised across the business.

Who we are looking for:

• You have a background in technical writing, support content, or UX writing. (If you’ve touched financial services, BNPL, or regulated products, that’s a massive bonus).
• You can adapt your tone: You can write a structured, strict internal process document just as easily as an accessible, friendly FAQ for everyday users.
• You’re autonomous: You are comfortable managing your own projects across shifting timelines, asking the right questions, and collaborating with an international management team.
