What you’ll be doing:

• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Drawing on deep consumer insights to redefine messaging across all landing pages and lift conversion throughout the funnel.
• Content Engine: Building an “always-on” machine that transforms real user success stories into media spots and viral PR content.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Setting up intelligent CRM loops to turn first-time users into recurring brand evangelists.
• Agency Management: Managing external agency partners for performance campaigns (ad buying) and PR.
• AI Adoption: Experimenting with native AI models daily to accelerate your marketing workflows.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• A deep understanding of B2C consumers and the ability to produce marketing content that speaks directly to their pain points.
• Comfort navigating a modern growth stack. You’ll get to play with tools like Webflow, PostHog, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and modern CRM/lifecycle platforms – we don’t expect you to be a master of all of them, but you should be excited to dive in and experiment.
• Loves building in high-autonomy environments and taking an initiative from zero to one!
