What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the product roadmap and establishing formal delivery processes, defining clear criteria to reduce cycle time from feature ideation to production.
- Leading and coordinating an elite, self-managing engineering team through influence and architectural alignment, ensuring 100% retention and smooth scaling.
- Translating customer feedback and trust-building insights into high-impact, beautifully simple product features.
- Architecting and executing the primary “next-best-action” features.
- Navigate at pace with clarity and confidence: making decisive technical bets, knowing when to hold and pivot, and keeping the engineering team anchored and energised through constant change.
- Own AI and infrastructure direction and cost discipline

What you’ll bring to the team:
- Strong software architecture and technical leadership—guiding engineers on system design, technical trade-offs, and platform scalability, while remaining fluent enough to audit code or step “on the tools” when/if necessary.
- B2B SaaS product taste, with experience in customer-journey translation and structured roadmapping.
- The confidence to respectfully challenge the founders and senior engineers on product and technical decisions rather than taking requirements verbatim.
- Deep customer empathy and the influence to lead a team to even greater greatness!
