Job Description

Are you a high-velocity SaaS hunter ready to take ownership of a greenfield territory?
 
We are exclusively partnering with a $355M valued, hyper-growth AI technology company expanding into Australia. With massive VC backing (including Blackbird) and a product already loved by global tech giants, they are looking for a foundational Mid-Market expert to accelerate their APAC footprint.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to hide behind a screen. You will be given a massive budget to network at VC events and industry dinners, building a high-velocity pipeline and closing deals in a fast-paced, greenfield territory alongside the Enterprise team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hunting net-new mid-market logos (organizations with <10,000 employees) to achieve a $1.6M+ Year 1 ARR quota.
  • Managing fast-paced, highly efficient sales cycles (~90 days) to close $25K – $100K contracts.
  • Running the entire sales motion independently—from initial pipeline generation to conducting technical product demos and POCs, without the reliance of a pre-sales engineer.
  • Selling directly to in-house corporate heads and commercial teams.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • ~6+ years of B2B SaaS or tech sales experience with a track record of crushing quotas.
  • Demonstrated Stability: A track record of loyalty, with at least one 3-4 year continuous tenure at a previous employer.
  • The technical agility to act as your own Solutions Consultant—you love getting into the product and running your own demos.
  • High energy and a “founder mentality” with the drive to network relentlessly across the Australian tech ecosystem.

What else is offered:

  • Highly lucrative compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 AUD Base + Super + 50/50 OTE with uncapped accelerators.
