The Opportunity:
A market-leading Australian FinTech is seeking a high-potential Technical Implementation Consultant for their Sydney CBD office.

We are not looking for a 10-year veteran; we are looking for a smart, intuitive rising star who wants to be mentored into a highly autonomous, senior consulting expert.
You will be the critical link between Australia and New Zealand’s top banks and a sophisticated SaaS platform, responsible for client success from end to end.

This is a role for someone who is an analytical problem-solver and a highly polished communicator, who gets immense satisfaction from seeing their technical work translate into real-world client value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Onboarding new enterprise banking clients (ANZ market) onto the SaaS platform.
• Leading client workshops to deconstruct business requirements.
• Translating client needs into technical configurations by writing code fragments in C# and scripting business rules.
• Providing high-level consulting and acting as the primary technical point of contact for senior bank stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 1.5 to 4 years of experience in a tech consulting, implementation, or technical BA role. (Big 4 tech consulting alumni highly regarded).
• Foundational hands-on experience or strong intuition with C#, SQL, and APIs (POSTMAN).
• Exceptional, boardroom-ready presentation and communication skills.
• A mathematical/problem-solving mindset (comfort with Excel and complex formulas).
