What you’ll be doing:

• Building the New! Architecting and building new products in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Lead high-impact projects like deep Canva integrations, AI enablement tools, and API automation using n8n.
• Taking ownership of new products, features and ideas. 
• Stabilising the Core: You will take the keys to the existing PHP Laravel and PostgreSQL platforms. This funds the innovation work.
• The chance to define the engineering culture of a major national brand.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Strong Node/JS skills (but you don’t turn your nose up at PHP. You see patterns, not just languages).
• The “Design Eye” – You have the product sense to build interfaces that look good and work well for our users.
• Engineering mindset: You measure your success by “shipped value,” not just lines of code.
