What you’ll be doing:

• Client Advisory: Acting as the primary technical advisor to developers and lenders, ensuring accuracy and risk management.
• Business Growth: Helping to drive revenue through accurate quoting and exceptional client delivery.
• End-to-End Management: Running complex Construction Feasibility, Detailed Cost Plans (DCP), and Financier Cost Plans (FCP) with full autonomy.
• Mentorship: guiding our emerging estimating team and setting the standard for technical precision (<1% error rate).

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Technical Depth: Proven experience in Pre-Contract Cost Planning and Bank Reporting.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Cubit, CostX, or similar estimating platforms.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian Standards (ASMM) and local construction costs.
• Certified Status: AIQS (CQS) membership is highly preferred.
