What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and launching new operational functions and scaling processes entirely from the ground up.
- Automating everything you can with the heavy use of AI.
- Unlocking new global geographies by spearheading international payment acceptance strategies.
- Building robust data systems and dashboards to increase operational leverage and drive rapid, high-quality decision-making.
- Taking total ownership of complex projects, managing them end-to-end from user research to rapid implementation and iteration.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- AI Fluency – you build your own apps (via Claude code for example) to enhance and automate everything possible.
- Excellent experience taking on high-ownership, high-impact roles within fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
- Exceptional analytical instincts—you are deeply comfortable turning messy data, spreadsheets, and complex inputs into clear, actionable business decisions.
- A relentless “get it done” mentality with a proven track record of taking ideas from conception to successful deployment.
