You’ll be solving challenging technical issues, collaborating with product teams, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the customer experience. From authentication systems to APIs, email infrastructure, and network configurations, you’ll get hands-on with diverse technologies every day!
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and resolving complex, high-priority integration escalations for global enterprise customers.
- Troubleshooting inbound/outbound data flows, authentication issues, and API connections.
- Driving technical bridge calls and clearly communicating root-cause analysis to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Partnering directly with product and development teams to champion continuous product improvements.
- Working a structured Monday to Friday schedule (early starts: 7:00 am or 8:00 am) to ensure seamless global handovers.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Proven experience in an application technical support or software development environment.
- Practical experience in reading, writing, and troubleshooting JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting at least two of the following core areas:
- Authentication/SSO (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP)
- Web Services (consuming or providing REST/SOAP)
- Email Infrastructure (e.g., Exchange, Office 365)
- Data Extraction/ETL (e.g., JDBC, ODBC)
- Network Infrastructure Fundamentals
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain incredibly structured and calm under pressure.
