Our client, a global leader in marketing technology, is building a new team for a different kind of seller. A strategic closer who thrives on partnership, not pressure. A consultant who can spot opportunity and unlock potential within an existing, loyal customer base.

This isn’t account management, and it isn’t enterprise hunting. This is a Strategic Growth role – a rare opportunity to drive revenue by making their best customers even better.

Your Mission – From Customer to Superfan
You’ll inherit a portfolio of high-potential, mid-market customers that already use and love our client’s platform. Your mission is to become their trusted growth partner.

You will proactively engage with them to understand their goals and show them how to scale using their advanced product suite – including new, powerful AI tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Become a Growth Consultant: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with existing clients to map their workflows and identify their biggest growth hurdles.
  • Architect Solutions, Not Pitch Products: Move beyond “features” and design sophisticated, multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver tangible ROI for your clients.
  • Own the Expansion Cycle: You are the “closer” for your accounts. You’ll manage the entire sales process for expansion opportunities, from identifying the need to negotiating and closing deals that increase customer lifetime value.
  • Play Detective: Use data-driven insights from product usage to proactively target customers with high-impact solutions – often before they even realise they need them.
  • Partner Internally: Work alongside Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for your clients as they grow.

This Role is for You If…

  • You’re a “farmer who can hunt.” You love building relationships and nurturing accounts, but you get a genuine thrill from closing a deal and hitting a target.
  • You prefer strategy over speed. You’d rather close five perfect-fit, high-value deals than 50 transactional ones. You think, you plan, you consult, and then you close.
  • You’re a natural-born consultant. You listen more than you talk, and you’re brilliant at connecting a customer’s problem to a technical solution.
  • You have a playbook. You approach your pipeline with a proven methodology (like MEDDPICC or SPICED) because you know structure leads to success.
  • You have experience in a SaaS Sales role and a track record of exceeding expansion or upsell quotas.
