This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their People & Culture team. You will be the go-to person for HR support, ensuring processes run smoothly and employees have the resources they need to thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide timely and accurate advice to employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters, including policies and benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, from contract variations and parental leave to offboarding.
• Maintain employee data with a high degree of accuracy within the core HRIS (Workday).
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, managing them effectively through a case management system.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience in a hands-on HR Coordinator, HR Operations, or HR Generalist role.
• Strong proficiency with an HRIS is essential; direct experience with Workday is highly advantageous.
• Experience using an HR ticketing or case management system (like ServiceNow) is desirable.
• A solid understanding of the Australian employment landscape.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
